Competitive Running has two seasons:
Cross Country     Fall/Winter
Track                        Spring/Summer


Cross Country distances are:                        
Bantam                3k
(1.86 miles)
Midget                  3k (1.86 miles)
Youth                        4k (2.48 miles)
Intermediate        5k (3.1 miles)
Young                   5k (3.1 miles)
High School          3 mile/ 5k

Track Distances are: 100m / 200m / 400m / 800m
/ 1500m / 3000m     (1600m / 3200m High School)
2010 USA Track & Field/Cross Country Age Divisions:

Bantam (Born 2000 - 2001)
Midget (Born 1998- 1999)
Youth (Born 1996 - 1997)
Intermediate (Born 1994 - 1995)
Young (Born 1993 - 1993) 1991 after 8/1
SCXC Elite offers the following programs in Cross Country and Track:
  • Junior Olympic Development Program
  • High School Pre-Season Program
  • Conditioning Program (endurance base for other sports)
  • Clinics / Camps
  • Individual Coaching
